Hi. I have had my Muse S for about a month and bought it specifically to help me better understand my sleep disorders (PLMD and RBD). Thus far I have been using the Muse app but of course I cannot download the data. I am trying to learn how to use Mind Monitor. Would 8 hours of data be too big for my phone? Should I learn how to stream the data to my laptop? If the latter, where can I find detailed instructions?
Thanks for any help.

Re: Sleep monitoring and analysis
I too am interested in using my Muse S (Gen 2) to track my sleep. I am concerned about the quality of the above-ear electrode contacts. I have bought Mind Monitor in order to perhaps gain some knowledge of the reliability of the announced EEG ability of the Muse S (Gen 2) to contribute to the sleep tracking. Along with the Muse S (Gen 2), I often have made video recordings from both sides of my bed, and SpO2 recordings of oxygen saturation and pulse rate, as contributory information to try to verify the Muse S (Gen 2) sleep tracking. I have been impressed that the Muse S (Gen 2) sleep tracking is quite good, better than any other device that I have used (except my Compumedics Somté device, which I don't use routinely because it is laborious to run). My present concern in buying Mind Monitor is to try to verify how much the Muse S (Gen 2) makes actual use of the announced EEG data, bearing in mind the possible electrode failures. I am interested in comments.
