Normally, EEG voltage is said to be several μV to several tens of μV.
The data of RAW_TP9, RAW_AF7, RAW_AF8, and RAW_TP10 extracted from Mindmonitor sometimes show 700μV.
Are the RAW data (RAW_AF7, RAW_AF8, RAW_TP10) different from the EEG voltage?

The RAW data is the EEG data for each channel on the headband as measured in microvolts.
Different manufacturers may normalize their results to different ranges, but Interaxon's is ~700uV as you state and this is correct.
In the FFT it's the variance that you're looking at. The mean value isn't going to affect that.
