bad data from muse s
i believe my muse has been giving bad data i cant figure out how to fix it im constantly in high delta and i dont even move and delta randomly jumps up and down, im close to taking it back![Image]()

Your Delta is high because you have a bad fit.
Switch over to the RAW EEG view; This one - https://mind-monitor.com/img/mm-screen-3.jpg
What you want to get here are thin crisp lines, with large spikes when you blink or move your eyes quickly.
Watch this screen as you fit the band and only once you have a good fit, start your session.
You may find that it helps to clean your head with a damp cloth. This will remove any dirt/oil on the skin which will block the electric signal.
