connection issues - other than FAQs

I have the muse S brand new, and S10 android phone.
Connection to mind monitor is not reliable. I have no other devices connected via Bluetooth, muse app is not open, and all batteries are full charge. I tried turning off battery optimization for the minitor app on my phone too. Sometimes it connects for 15 minutes, sometimes two hours. But never the whole night. Any other ideas?

Also note, I tested its connection to muse app for two hours, no issues with the muse app. So it seems the monitor app. I'll try muse app through the night tonight to be sure to narrow it to the monitor app.

Make sure you keep Mind Monitor running in the foreground, other wise the operating system may shut it down.
