Hello,
I am new to this app and the Muse headband in general.
Two of the past three days I have lost my sleep recording and I am unsure as to why or how it is happening. Yesterdays session did continue until I woke up and I was able to hit the stop button and send the file to a cloud folder.
I go to bed the data is streaming and recording, then 7 or so hours later I wake up and the recording seems to have stopped, the round record button is there again, but the data still appears to be streaming in the live view.
Is there a way to find the file that did record somewhere in the Android file system? In search I found a post several years old that says the file isn't saved, but I am hoping that this has been changed/updated. Is that data lost?
Also what are the best practices I may be missing with the app or secondary app configurations to prevent this from happening again.
What are the best practices for not losing sleep recording (Android)

On Android the recordings are stored (temporarily) in the Downloads folder.
When you hit stop, then it pops up the list of all the cloud apps to save the file with.
Then when you quit Mind Monitor, it removes the recordings from the downloads folder.
So long as you don't close Mind Monitor, you can just plug your phone into your computer and copy off the files. Or use a file manager app on your phone to do the same thing.
