HI all.
I Just found this space and app, it was recommended from a friend in a meditation group I am in. I have used it a few times, now it's time to really understand what's going on.
In order to upload the right info here and ask for feedback, once I have recorded the meditation and it has exported into excel file via my dropbox, I just use the graph online menu and upload it?
Do I need to change absolute to relative? etc.
What's the best format to see where the most activity is happening during the meditation.
Thank you in advance:)
Bret

Also noob, also looking for assistance!
The app is easy to figure out, and getting the absolute and relative brain wave chart. And I think I can interpret mine well enough to see that I managed to get alpha higher than the others for a few seconds at a time, and delta and theta mostly stayed low. I think that's the goal. What resources would you all recommend to learn how to be more deliberate and consistent about maintaining the desirable patterns?
