Remove artifacts before data analysis

I'm just wondering if gross motor movements like eye blinks are removed in the oscillation amplitudes that Muse provides? Thank you so much!

Eye blinks and Jaw clenching are dropped from the data set when processing the raw eeg to brainwaves, but only when detected by the algorithm.
