Can you add a feature that vibrate pulses 2 times on the phone when the freq goes up by X percent and 1 time pulse going down?

No, sorry, but if you want to make something that does that, you can program a device to receive streaming data from the app.
There are code samples on the website for an ESP8266 to receive the data over wifi, if you want to make a device that does that; or anything else you'd like
