i can see permanent activity at about 50Hz.
Is that normal? Or ist that a device Issue?

That's power line noise. It won't affect your brainwave signals, as those only go up to 44Hz.
I'm guessing you're in Europe as you're seeing it at 50Hz; In the Americas you'll see the same thing at 60Hz.
It's most likely your lights. Try turing them off, or moving closers/further away and you'll see it go up and down.
