Understanding spectrogram

My spectrogram is mostly red. As I move the bubbles around it changes, but it goes back to a default where it is mostly red. What is that monitoring in default? It did start mostly green the first time I used it, but is now mostly red. Thank you!

Hold down two fingers to set the min and max range for the color gradient.
Release your fingers one at a time to set it. If you release them both you might slip and set the min/max not where you think.

The spectrogram is the discrete frequency graph plotted over time. The more red, the more brainwaves at that frequency.
So for example, if you stand next to a floor lamp you will see a red streak at 50/60Hz (depending on country) showing electrical interference from the floor lamp.

What is the normal setting for max/min range?

The defaults are Min: 1, Max: 3.
