I'm new to the whole brain wave thing, and have been trying to decypher what types of brain waves would indicate "good focus" or something. Not looking for specifics but just some general insight would be awesome to get me on the right track!

I have looked at this https://brainworksneurotherapy.com/what-are-brainwaves for some basic reading, but with the output from the online graphing I can't tell what hz is good/bad/high/low...

In isolation you can't draw much from your data.
To calculate relaxation what you're looking for is higher than average Alpha. The "normal" point of which would be an average Alpha from a number of sessions of non-relaxation.

According to this paper, relaxation can be determined as an increase in relative spectral power of Alpha.
