Stream OSC to another mobile app

Can MindMonitor stream OSC while a background app and allow another app on the same mobile device to receive the OSC signal?

Maybe. I've not tried that. It can stream in the background, but if the phone runs out of resource, because it's in the background, it might get suspended.

You might need to use a dedicated OSC server on your device to make sure the signal stays consistent across apps.
