Hi,
Thanks for a great app. I have two questions but first some context:
I am considering running a research project for +20 users (with 20 separate devices).
1. What would, in your experience be a good setup? Buy 20 individual accounts of the app from my institition, send out user login to each individual user, ask them to connect to a central dropbox (same username for all) and have them use prefix? Do you see any problems with that setup? Any other ways of handling data collection from multiple users?
2. Is there a place to view which mobile OS versions/phone models are supported. Just tried it with a Huawei P3 Lite and Android 9 which failed to find the app in the play store for example.
Thanks!
Lorden

Re: Research setup
#1 - You got it right. Shared Dropbox and using the Setting Prefix option. That's exactly what this setting was designed for.
#2 - Pretty much all Android phones except Huawei work fine! Huawei specifically have a lot of defects in their Bluetooth chips which prevent the Muse from working. Personally I'd steer clear of any of the cheap Chinese brands, but it's only Huawei that I know of issues with.

Re: Research setup
Sorry, one more question:
Is it possible to buy login accounts in bulk and ship them out to the users or does the individual user pay for them themselves via the appstore?

Re: Research setup
Each person will need to purchase from the App store direct.
Re: Research setup
Actually that's not 100% true. Apple has the "Volume Purchase Program for Education" and Google "Google Workspace for Education" where you can get bulk discounts if you are registered with them as a school. I'm not entirely sure how it all works though, you'd need to look that up with them.
