I've been using the "horseshoe" on the MindMonitor app to tell if my connection is good. I see all five ovals light up, and the horseshoe disappears a moment later, so I assume everything is good. But then shouldn't delta waves be at the very bottom, with theta above them?
What am I doing wrong?
Re: What am I doing wrong?
I tried again today after reading some of the other forum posts. I made sure to keep my forehead as relaxed as I could, and put the band a little higher up. The delta is lower so I think it worked better. Thoughts?
