Accidentally used the wrong notch filter but is it bad?

Dear all,
I am doing an experiment, for which I have made use of mind-monitor (thanks so much for the amazing app).
I exported the recordings to CSV and did my data processing on it.
I however found out too late that with the power in the Netherlands, I should have used a notch filter of 50 Hz instead of 60.
My question is: Is the notch filter applied to the EEG PSD values only or also on the raw values?
So is there a way I can still get clean data? (I added a picture of the raw EEG as an example of my data)
As a follow-up, how bad is it that I used the 60 Hz notch filter instead of the 50 Hz one (based on the pictures I added).
By the way, I am only measuring beta and theta bands.
