Are resources available on interpreting EEG data?

Hi,
I'm assuming that if my goal is to feel calm that will be reflected in lower activity at high frequencies. It seems that gamma-related activity goes down when I relax. Not sure if this confirms this, but I'm looking for some detailed information on how to understand the various graphs in Mind Monitor (and other EEG monitoring solutions). Are there books/websites that deal with this stuff? My interest is interpreting how different states of consciousness are reflected in the EEG data and how I can use Mind Monitor to train my brain for optimal performance/insight.
