Low frequency noise?

Hi all,
I'm seeing some really strong 4-6 Hz oscillations in the raw EEG in all channels. This is much higher and longer than any physiological signal than I'm used to seeing. It seems to increase with proximity to my phone, possibly more so when plugged in. Is this a known source of noise from phones?
