Problem with Mind monitor on Google Play store

When I was using Mind monitor on Apple App Store, it works well but Mind monitor on Google Play doesn't work.
Mind monitor just shows the phrase "Waiting. Please power on and pair your Muse." or "Paired Muse found. Please power on Muse to connect..." and the loading image. I double-checked the bluetooth and muse's own function. So I think it's not a matter of devices. (I'm using Galaxy Tab 11 and muse2 or museS to use Mind monitor.)
Can I get the solution of this problem? Thank you.

When you first run the app it will ask you for location permissions. This is required for Bluetooth LE to work. You need to enable this, either by going in your phones permission settings screen, or you can reinstall the app and it will prompt you again.

I already tried it. But it didn't work...
So I decided to use Apple app..

I'm glad you got it working, but FYI there is a known issue with some Samsung devices where it shows that the location permission is enabled, but it's really disabled. The way to fix it is to turn the permission off and on again. From what I've read this usually only happens on Samsung devices and only after they have updated from one Android version to another.
