Are Oppo phones not compatible with this app?

Hi,

When using the app on my Oppo phone the brain waves don't get picked up on and it stays one straight line, however, when I use the app on a friend's phone all works fine. Anyone else experienced any issues with an Oppo phone or any ideas on what the problem could be? I installed the latest Android software update.

I'm not aware of any particular issue with that brand.

If you have a flatline, then you likely don't have all the front three sensors in good contact on your head.
Check the Horseshoe indicator and make sure that all the ovals are filled, especially the top black oval.
