How to volunteer for meditation research ? I have a Muse2, mind monitor app and I can certainly meditate (if not at a novice level). Volunteering for mediation studies can deepen the practice and offer valuable insights. I am all for a data-driven approach here. I am assuming there are studies which are global in nature with remote participation.
We are living in an unprecedented era of technology where one can record the brain activity in real time and use that information to improve the meditation quality. We have a leverage that was never available to meditators who've been practicing this art for thousands of years...
Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.
Just want to share some basic graphs I took for the first time today through a 30 min session.
