Purple Sensor Connectivity Issues

Hello,
When using the Muse 2, I am having difficulty getting that purple sensory (front right sensor) to stay connected. Has anyone experience this issue and if you have, how have you resolved it?

Try exfoliating your forehead and tightening the band. Make sure the band is perpendicular to the forehead.
You may also need to clean the sensor pad if it's dirty from dead skin. To clean it, use rubbing alcohol and you may need to scrub quite hard depending on the build up. You can test the sensor pad using your fingers. Switch to the RAW EEG view and two fingers on the center and center right, then a third finger on the AF7 (front right pad). You should see the signal stabilise after a bit.
Lastly, get a friend to look at the fit from above and they should be able to tell you if it's making good contact and pressing against the skin.
