How to convert dB to Hz

What is the relationship to Hz from dB on the raw page?
The RAW EEG shows voltage from the sensor electrodes, not frequency or power (bels).
On a super basic level, this is how the math/graphs work:
RAW EEG voltages -> FFT calculation and binning -> Discrete frequency graph with powers per frequency -> Grouping of frequency powers -> Absolute Graph.
