Is it possible to use the extra electrode with Mind Monitor?

I'm considering buying Muse 2 and using it with Mind Monitor. However I would also use the possibility of an extra electrode to check out the data of specific points. So my question is:
1) can I use that additional electrode with Mind Monitor?
2) is it possible to get only the data of that single electrode?

Yes, you can find instructions for making the electrode here: viewtopic.php?p=2343#p2343

AUX_RIGHT will record automatically, but if you want to enable the display of it in the RAW EEG view, you can turn on "Show AUX Input" in the RAW EEG Graph settings :-)

Google Play says it is not available for my phone (Honor 9 Lite). :(

Correct. That phone has a faulty Bluetooth module and doesn't receive all the data from the Muse.

I got all excited yesterday and ordered the Muse 2. So you say that even the native muse app will not work because of the Bluetooth? :(

I also have a very cheap Lenovo M7 tablet here somewhere. May the app work on there?

I have not had any reports of that tablet being problematic, so yes, it'll likely work.
