How do stimulus reflect on the graphs?

Hi, I am doing a project and I want to see on the graph (either raw data or in frequency domain) where each stimuli is (visual exciting contents). I also need to compare the amplitude of each emotional arousal brought by different contents.
Which graph should I look at in order to see the peaks corresponding to stimulus ? (beta? gamma?)
