Working on a Scientific Discovery. I Need HELP comparing alpha theta graph before & after stimuli

Hello, I am really new to looking at EEG data. I have consistent readings demonstrating differences of conditions. But
I need help in understanding what meaning I can extract from the differences of the "Before stimuli" condition and the "With stimuli (After)" condition. It's obvious there is a significant difference.
Can someone help me?
