frequent disconnections

Hello, im experience frequent disconnections.
one each 10 min.
is this normal?
ive made sure mind monitor is on the foreground and battery saving is not enabled.

That doesn't sound good. I know the Muse has some Huawei phones. What is the make and model of your device?

It's an oppo reno 8. CPH2359, Android version 13, color os v 13.1
i bought it new not too long ago, like 6 to 8 months.

i tried removing battery saving and setting the app to "don't optimize" and "allow bg activity". but once in a while it still disconnects.

I've not heard of any issues with Oppo. Have you tried testing on another device?

i'm hopping is the battery saving stuff that hurts. i've heard oppo and oneplus both have agressive battery saving (which i love btw but some apps breaks, i usually have my phone on battery saving or deep battery saving (which kills all processes)).

i thought of testing on other device, but don't have one, and don't think i know someone i can ask for easily.
unless this could work on a blackberry 10 android 3.5 or a pinephone pro.
