Delta waves

Hi folks!

I bought the mind monitor but I don't know hot to interpret the high delta waves. I have tried multiple times and sensors seem to have a good fit.

Should we just ignore the delta waves? Mine is high almost always when I'm awake, that can't be right.

Please advice.

High Delta is an indicator of poor fit, so if you have high Delta, it means the other data is also bad, you can't just ignore it, sorry!
