Hello mind monitor users. I wanted to see if anyone reading this would mind posting one of their sessions? I would like to see as many as I can. I’m trying to find some sort of pattern. If you could do one with your eyes open for 5 minutes and one with them closed and post here I would be very grateful at the opportunity to look at it. Thank you everyone.

Mindfulness meditation session 1. Absolute & relative.
I am new to this. Is this a good session as far as mindfulness meditation go? I can see the graph but have no idea how to interpret that. All I know is more alpha is better. What about delta?
I also have no idea how to use the graphs to guide my meditation to get "better" results. Any help will be much appreciated.
