I was wondering if there was some way to review how the heat map developed during my meditation after I have finished? Is it possible for to us view the heat map change on my computer using the csv file?

If you want to record the live spectrogram, then I would recommend using Reflector by Air Squirrels https://www.airsquirrels.com/reflector to record the screen using your Mac/PC.
