Frequency Indicators on Graph

Hi

I’m curious how to determine the frequency on the graph variables provided for each brainwave. Are the numbers on the left frequency? Are the dials at the bottom frequency?

I’m a frequent meditator and would like to measure my levels of frequency which tells me the level of consciousness I’m reaching.

Theta(θ) 4-8Hz
Alpha(α) 7.5-13Hz
Beta(β) 13-30Hz
Gamma(γ) 30-44Hz

Yes I get that… but what are the numbers on the left of the graph representing? And what are the numbers within the dials representing? Hz?

Power Spectral Density. The amount of each wave in bels.
