Hello everyone!
Recently I purchased a biofeedback device for posture correction. It's hanging on my back and each time I slouch it buzzes. I found the idea very interesting and get good results from it.
Now I am looking for something similar in terms of portable EEG devices.
Let me explain my situation. I work a lot on the computer and I realize that at some points I stress too much. I read that high-beta waves are indicator of the stress.
So my goal is to find a combination of EEG-device / mobile app that would give me feedback _in real time_ about what waves are predominant in my brain. Probably a physical "buzzing" will not be an option, but I need at least some visual or auditory cue that would tell me to get a break or adjust how I work.
Any suggestions, please?

Re: Real time feedback on my brain waves
Programmers sometimes have this problem. I don t know whether there is an application for the Muse headband which can do this. Dave Lusty from Microsoft UK developed a system with a Garmin watch which gives him a «beep» when his heart rate is to high. There are other applications which can do this. Marco Altini, PhD. developed a training to increase HRV to ballance him, also an excellent programmer. But you can also meditate with the Mind Monitor to reach a state with high alpha waves, or with the ANT+ heart rate grapher to reach a low heart rate frequency. Even better is to meditate to reach a normal breath rate which is between 12 and 20. But it is difficult to find a device which measures the breath rate accurately. I think the best way is to find a spiritual teacher which teaches you to live your live guided by your heart and your intuition.
