Mind Monitor

Hi guys :) I'm a total newbie here. I just started using Muse and I'm not sure what this graph means. Can anybody shed some light? I don't know what's supposed to be good or bad or what we are aiming for when meditating. Also what are the units of the y axis/what is it actually measuring? Thanks Scr...
