Hi James, I recorded my wim Hof breathing session follow by meditation/rest. There are several B on the chart during my breathing. What do they mean? No. I access the web site musemonitor.com/graphing on line. I up load the recorded file saved on IDrive. The file is attached but nothing happen this point on....Am I missing something?

Hi, I read in a previous post that Delta waves can be influenced by eye movement. In order to record the brain activity with less interfererence possible what would be your recommendations?
