I have the same question. When looking at the Discrete view you posted previously, how do I look at that to determine whether my brainwaves are in alpha or theta? I see a scale across the top which corresponds to each color/frequency for Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc. But this appears to sho...
